The modern jewellery company Messika was founded by Val\u00e9rie Messika in Paris in 2005.  The daughter of Andr\u00e9 Messika, one of France\u2019s most successful diamond dealers, she was inspired to establish her own jewellery brand as an apprentice at her father\u2019s company. This brand was based on the idea of using diamonds to create cool pieces of jewellery that could be worn every day and on any occasion.  Less than a decade later, Messika employs over 115 people and produces roughly 6000 pieces of jewellery per year \u2013 Messika has become one of the world\u2019s most innovative and modern manufacturers of diamond jewellery. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today, Val\u00e9rie is the only remaining businesswomen in France to run her own independent jewellery company.  She is a pioneer in the industry and together with her staff she constantly pushes the limits of diamond jewellery design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
